Falcon *9/*U (Willow)
12/30/2003- Willow was last recorded near the Mexico/Belize border. She appeared to have been headed for South America for the winter. However, we have not received a signal since November. It appears that her feathers may be covering the solar panel on her transmitter, preventing it from functioning. We will continue to watch for signals and report them as they become available.
