I believe that the population on private land west of the blue ridge will support another buck tag for this area. Make earn a buck mandatory if necessary. I was lucky enough to take a nice eight pointer in muzzle loader season and also rifle season in Craig county. I am currently sitting at home on the third day of rifle season with a week's vacation wasted because I can not kill another buck while my fellow hunters in Bedford and Franklin are still hunting. I believe this unfairly penalizes me because I don't have access to hunting east of the blue ridge. Thank you.
