Increase muzzleloading season deer hunting opportunities.
Suggestions have been made to:
a. remove the 1-buck limit during the early muzzleloading deer season west of the Blue Ridge
b. add an extra week of muzzleloading deer season
c. begin the late muzzleloading deer season in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach at the beginning of December instead of mid-December
d. increase the number of either-sex deer hunting days (6 days?, other?) during the early muzzleloading season west of the Blue Ridge
