Proposed Regulation Amendments
On April 1, 2008 the Virginia Board of Game and Inland Fisheries, pursuant to §§ 29.1-501, 29.1-502, 29.1-701(E), and 29.1-735.2 of the Code of Virginia, proposed the below amendments to the Commonwealth's hunting regulations. A public comment period on the regulatory proposals opened April 8, 2008 and closes May 14, 2008.
