William C. Easter, Non-mounted Fox Hunter

I am William C. Easter. I am 51 years old and married with 2 sons. We live in Jetersville, Virginia (Amelia County). I recently retired with 26 years of law enforcement experience. I am a 20-year board of Director member and Past President of the Virginia Foxhunters Association and I also am the President of Southside Foxhunters Association. My sons and myself are avid fox, deer and turkey hunters. We spend most of our recreational time tending to our hounds or hunting. I hope the SAC will be able to help all parties involved get a better understanding of how we all need to work together and help each other get a better understanding of running hounds & the rights of people who do not have hounds so that we may preserve our hound heritage and preserve our State Dog.
