Lake Biggins - Regulations
Park regulations prohibit alcoholic beverages, swimming in non-designated areas, and littering.
Vehicles must be parked in designated lots and pets must be leashed.
The urban trout program returned to Lake Biggins during the fall of 2006. Trout have been stocked into Lake Biggins to provide some angling opportunity.
Anglers will need both a valid Virginia freshwater fishing license and a trout license to fish Lake Biggins from November 1st to April 30th. No trout license is needed to fish from May 1st to October 31st.
Anglers are allowed to keep 4 trout per day. No culling of trout is permitted. Once a trout has been taken into your possession, it becomes part of your daily creel and may not be released. All trout stocked are of legal size. Anglers can only use one fishing rod at a time.
