Arrowhead Lake - Regulations
Largemouth bass
- 5 per day.
- All bass 11-16 inches must be released.
Bluegill/Redear Sunfish
- 50 per day in aggregate.
- No minimum size limit.
Crappie
- 25 per day.
- No minimum size limit.
Walleye
- 5 per day.
- No minimum size limit.
Northern Pike
- 2 per day.
- All northern pike less than 20 inches must be released.
Channel catfish
- 20 per day.
- No minimum size limit.
General
In addition to a valid Virginia Freshwater Fishing License, a fishing permit issued by the Town of Luray is also required. Permits can be obtained at the town office (540-743-5511). The use of gasoline boat motors is prohibited. Electric trolling motors are welcome.
