Lake Shenandoah Shoreline Access Trail Notice

Lake Shenandoah has a large gravel parking lot and a paved boat ramp w/ courtesy dock. Almost the entire perimeter of the lake is accessible for shoreline angling.

The Lake Shenandoah Preservation Association is active in beautification projects at Lake Shenandoah. The organization has built a walking trail around the upper end of the lake, constructed several park benches, and created a flower garden in the parking

Lake Shenandoah Concession opening Sunday March 1, 2009, and will be open, weather permitting, from 7am - 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays in March. See below for addional concession information.

The concessions located at Lake Shenandoah is occupied by MJ's Bait and Some Tackle. It is operated by Michael Jordan of Harrisonburg. MJ's will be open seasonal hours March 1 through October 1. As daylight length increases so will the hours of MJ's. They sell live bait, packaged baits, ice, drinks, snacks, and basic fishing tackle. They also have canoe and jon boat rentals ranging from $7-$10 per hour. MJ's also provides a picnic area with several tables, grills and restroom facilities.
