Fishing is regulated by posted size and creel limits (which are subject to change). The fishery is currently regulated by the size and creel limits. Fishing regulations at Lovill's Creek Lake
Bluegill and other sunfish
- 50 per day
- No lenght limit
Black Crappie
- 25 per day
- No lenght limit
Chain Pickerel
- 5 per day
- No lenght limit
Channel Catfish
- 20 per day
- No lenght limit
Largemouth Bass
- 5 per day under 12 inches or over 15 inches (Combined)
- 12 to 15 inch slot limit (12 to 15 inch bass muct be released)
Yellow Perch
- No daily limit
- No lenght limit
- Gas-powered motors not allowed - electric motors only
- Other lake regulations are posted at the lake.
Non-resident anglers
- 12 years and older must have a valid fishing license.
- Under age 12 do not need a fishing license when accompanied by a properly licensed adult.
